Au Pair China, known as a cultural exchange program with strong intercultural education components is conducted under the general guideline of International Au Pair Association (IAPA) and China Au Pair Association (CAPA). Shanghai Oubei International Au pair’s Contact Center also starts this program, helping families all around China to match with Au Pairs from all over the world. We, the agency, strive to introduce the philosophy of Au Pairing to Chinese families while exposing Chinese culture, customs, and values to foreign Au Pairs. Working as an Au pair in China makes you experience a new culture and language while working with children. This unique Au Pair program gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in Chinese culture, learn a new language and make International friends! Application condition•The host family members are all in good health. They can accept foreign cultures and communicate with au pairs in simple English. • The host family can provide a separate bedroom with daily necessities and network conditions. • The host family should allow au pairs the use of public facilities, such as kitchen, sitting room, toilet, etc. •The host family need make a detailed time schedule for au pairs. Requiring no more than 30 hours per week to accompany children learning. •The host family should have meals together with au pairs, especially during the dinner, coz it is a golden time for communication •The host family has at least one child, and someone in the family can speak simple English. •The host family should agree with the au pairs to participate in Chinese language training class (we agency will arrange the time.)
Project Process1. Know both the family and au pairs’ needs. 2. Match families for au pairs and match au pairs for families. 3. Sign the project agreement with families and au pairs. 4. Arrange the visa, flying tickets and Chinese training class for au pairs 5. Begin the project upon the au pairs coming and living in the host families.

You will have 2 days off each week, and you also should accompany him 25-30 hours every week. You will receive a time schedule from the host family before joining in the family!
Allan's family. His family is in Shangdong (Jinan). He is very talkactive and smart boy, who is 9 years old. He likes making new friends, playing football, and doing outdoor activities.
